Bake mini ham and Swiss cheese sliders with flavorful poppyseed-mustard sauce for a delicious and simple appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup melted butter
  • 1.5 tablespoons Dijon mustard
  • 1.5 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • 1.5 tablespoons poppy seeds
  • 1 tablespoon dried minced onion
  • 24 mini sandwich rolls
  • 1 pound thinly sliced cooked deli ham
  • 1 pound thinly sliced Swiss cheese
Instructions:
  • Prepare all your ingredients.
  • Heat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • Combine the butter, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, poppy seeds, and dried onion in a bowl.
  • Begin by gently detaching the tops from the bottoms of the rolls. Place the bottom halves in the baking dish. Layer half of the ham onto the rolls, followed by a layer of Swiss cheese, and finish with the rest of the ham.
  • Top each sandwich with the rolls and drizzle the mustard mixture evenly.
  • Bake until rolls are golden and cheese is gooey, around 20 minutes. Slice through ham and cheese layers to serve.
