Ingredients:
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh rosemary leaves
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme leaves
  • 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 1/2 lb chicken drumsticks
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 400°F and line a cookie sheet with foil or parchment paper.
  • Combine fragrant rosemary, savory thyme, zesty mustard, rich oil, and salt in a small bowl. Generously brush or rub this flavorful mixture over the chicken, then transfer it onto a baking sheet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes, turning halfway through, until chicken juices run clear when the thickest part is cut to the bone (minimum 165°F).
