Herb, mustard and cheese chicken drumsticks

Elevate chicken drumsticks with a cheesy, herb and mustard twist. Simple yet delicious!
Ingredients:
  • 150g Vintage Club Spreadable cheese - Original
  • 5.90 gm wholegrain mustard
  • 20.00 ml finely chopped chives
  • 62.50 ml flat-leaf parsley leaves, finely chopped
  • 20.00 ml lemon thyme leaves
  • 8 chicken drumsticks
  • Oven-baked chips, to serve
  • Salad, to serve
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 200°C. Line a baking tray with parchment paper. Mix cheese, mustard, chives, parsley, thyme, and pepper together.
  • Gently create a pocket under the skin of 1 drumstick with your fingers. Spoon a generous amount of cheese mixture into the pocket. Secure the skin with your hand and massage to spread the cheese evenly over the chicken. Repeat with the rest of the drumsticks and filling.
  • Arrange the drumsticks on a baking tray and bake until golden and cooked through, about 30 to 35 minutes. Serve alongside chips and salad.
