Elevate herb-baked chicken with rich, creamy mustard sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 0.125 cup butter
  • 0.5 cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons prepared mustard
  • 8 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) package herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees Fahrenheit (175 degrees Celsius).
  • Combine melted butter/margarine, mayonnaise, and mustard in a small bowl. Transfer the mixture to a shallow bowl or plate.
  • Season the chicken breasts with a pinch of salt and pepper. Coat them evenly in the creamy mayonnaise mixture, followed by a generous covering of mixed herbs. Arrange the prepared chicken in a lightly greased 9x13 inch baking dish. Bake in a preheated oven for 1 1/2 hours until perfectly cooked.
