Easy deviled eggs with creamy mayo and zesty mustard. Perfect for parties or picnics!
Ingredients:
  • 6 hard-cooked eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon white sugar
  • 1 teaspoon white vinegar
  • 1 teaspoon prepared mustard
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped onion
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped celery
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 1 pinch paprika, or to taste
Instructions:
  • Assemble all ingredients and peel the hard-boiled eggs.
  • Cut boiled eggs in half lengthwise and carefully scoop out the yolks with a spoon; keep the whites for later.
  • In a small bowl, delicately mash the yolks with a fork. Add mayonnaise, sugar, vinegar, mustard, onion, and celery. Mix thoroughly, ensuring all ingredients are well incorporated. Season with salt to your liking.
  • Fill the egg whites with the yolk mixture using a piping bag or a small spoon.
  • Enhance with a dusting of paprika, then chill until ready to serve.
