Upgrade your basic eggs with zesty ranch dressing and veggies, then customize with your favorite toppings for a delicious twist.
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 1/2 cup finely chopped celery
  • 5 tablespoons ranch dressing
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
  • Chopped fresh plum (Roma) tomatoes, if desired
  • Chopped green onions, if desired
Instructions:
  • In a 4-quart saucepan, place eggs in a single layer and cover with water, ensuring the eggs are submerged by 1 inch. Bring to a boil, then remove from heat, cover, and let sit for 15 minutes.
  • Remove eggs from water and rinse in cold water. Submerge eggs in a bowl of ice water and allow to sit for 10 minutes.
  • Gently tap the shell all over, then roll it between your hands to loosen. Start peeling from the large end.
  • Halve the eggs lengthwise. Remove the yolks and mash them in a bowl. Mix in celery, dressing, mustard, and salt until fully blended.
  • Fill egg white halves with the flavorful yolk mixture and garnish with fresh tomatoes and vibrant green onions.
