Succulent deviled eggs featuring bold dill flavor, with a twist of dill pickle juice, fresh dill, and red onion.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 0.25 cup mayonnaise
  • 0.5 small red onion, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons dill pickle juice
  • 2 teaspoons dill pickle relish
  • 1 teaspoon chopped fresh dill
  • 1 teaspoon prepared yellow mustard
  • 1 teaspoon paprika
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan, submerge the eggs in water and bring to a gentle boil. Allow the eggs to cook for 8 minutes. Take the saucepan off the heat and let the eggs sit until the water cools, approximately 15 minutes. Cool the eggs under running cold water, then peel and slice them in half lengthwise. Separate the yolks into a bowl.
  • Combine mayonnaise, red onion, dill pickle juice, relish, fresh dill, and mustard with the egg yolks. Fill egg whites evenly with the mixture and top with a sprinkle of paprika.
