Spice up your appetizers with zesty Chinese hot mustard!
Ingredients:
  • 12 eggs
  • 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
  • 1 teaspoon Chinese hot prepared mustard
  • 2 teaspoons yellow mustard
  • paprika, for garnish
Instructions:
  • In a large saucepan, gently lay the eggs and pour in cold water until they are fully submerged. Bring the water to a boil, then promptly turn off the heat. Cover the saucepan and allow the eggs to sit in the hot water for 10 to 12 minutes. Remove the eggs from the water, let them cool, and peel when ready.
  • Cut eggs in half lengthwise, scoop out yolks, and combine in a bowl with mayonnaise, Chinese hot prepared mustard, yellow mustard, salt, and pepper. Mash together until smooth.
  • Stuff the empty egg whites with the yolk mixture. Sprinkle with paprika. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
