Baked jalapeño poppers bursting with creamy Cheddar and cream cheese, a healthier twist on a popular appetizer.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 12 jalapeno peppers, halved lengthwise and seeded
  • 2 ounces cream cheese, softened
  • 2 ounces shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.25 cup panko bread crumbs
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 400 degrees F (200 degrees C) and generously spray a baking sheet with cooking spray.
  • Stuff each jalapeño pepper half with a delicious mix of cream cheese, Cheddar cheese, and bread crumbs, then place them on the baking sheet.
  • Roast in the hot oven until jalapeños are soft and cheese is gooey, approximately 20 minutes.
