Pepperoni Mac and Cheese: Baked with a zesty tomato sauce.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups uncooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 2 (6 ounce) cans tomato paste
  • 0.5 pound shredded Cheddar cheese
  • 0.5 pound shredded sharp Cheddar cheese
  • 25 slices pepperoni sausage
  • onion powder to taste
  • garlic powder to taste
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C).
  • 1. Boil a generously salted large pot of water. Cook macaroni for 8 to 10 minutes until al dente, then drain.
  • Mix together the cooked macaroni, tomato sauce, tomato paste, cheeses, pepperoni, salt, pepper, onion powder, and garlic powder in a 9x13 inch baking dish.
  • Simply bake for 45 minutes in the preheated oven.
