Maple Dijon Balsamic Chicken Thighs - A simple and flavorful dinner with only 4 ingredients.
Ingredients:
  • 0.5 cup maple syrup
  • 0.5 cup Dijon mustard
  • 3 tablespoons balsamic vinegar, or more to taste
  • 8 chicken thighs
  • cooking spray (such as Pam®)
Instructions:
  • Combine maple syrup, Dijon mustard, and balsamic vinegar in a bowl. Drizzle over chicken thighs and let marinate for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously coat a casserole dish with cooking spray.
  • Arrange the chicken in the casserole dish and generously drizzle with the flavorful marinade.
  • Place the seasoned chicken in the preheated oven and bake for 25 minutes. Flip the chicken and continue baking until the juices run clear and the sauce has thickened, about 25 minutes more. Serve the chicken with the sauce poured over the top.
