Try this delicious baked peach pancake with cinnamon for a satisfying breakfast treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 tablespoon butter
  • 2 large peaches, peeled and cut into 1/4-inch slices
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 drop vanilla extract
  • 1 pinch salt
  • 1 pinch ground nutmeg
Instructions:
  • 1. Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Place butter in a cast iron skillet and let it melt in the oven.
  • Delicately coat peach slices with brown sugar and cinnamon in a bowl until evenly covered.
  • Combine milk, flour, eggs, vanilla, salt, and nutmeg in a bowl until the mixture is smoothly combined with a few lumps. Pour the batter into a hot skillet and top it with sugared peaches.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for around 20 minutes until the center is firm.
