German-style oven-baked pancake with vanilla and cinnamon flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 cup milk
  • 0.25 teaspoon salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 2 tablespoons salted butter
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C) for the perfect starting temperature.
  • Combine the eggs, flour, milk, salt, vanilla extract, and cinnamon in a bowl, whisk until well blended, and set aside.
  • Place the butter in a 9x11-inch baking dish and melt it in the preheated oven for about 5 minutes, being careful not to burn it. Pour the batter into the dish with the melted butter.
  • Bake the pancake until it puffs up and the center is no longer moist, for 20 to 25 minutes.
