Quick and easy baked pancake with maple syrup or apple butter.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup pancake/waffle mix
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 1 egg
  • 2 tablespoons butter, melted
  • 1 cup apple - peeled, cored and sliced
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.33333334326744 cup pecans, chopped
  • 3 tablespoons maple syrup
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then blend pancake mix, milk, and egg together until smooth. Set aside.
  • Pour the velvety melted butter into a 9-inch pie plate, creating a luxurious base. Arrange the delectable apple slices on top of the butter. Sprinkle a generous amount of cinnamon and pecans over the apples, creating a delightful symphony of flavors. Drizzle the luscious syrup over the top. Gently pour the batter over the apple mixture, ensuring a perfect balance of ingredients.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 30 minutes or until the top bounces back when touched. Remove from pan, cut into wedges, and serve.
