Easy baked Camembert with apple-pecan topping, bursting with cozy fall flavors.
Ingredients:
  • 1 (8 ounce) round Camembert cheese
  • 4 tablespoons orange juice
  • 2 tablespoons peeled, diced apples
  • 2 tablespoons finely chopped pecans
  • 0.25 teaspoon brown sugar
  • 0.125 teaspoon molasses
  • 1 pinch ground cinnamon
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
  • Carefully slice off the top rind of the Camembert, keeping the side and bottom rind intact. Position the cheese, cut-side up, in a baking dish slightly larger than the cheese or in a Brie baker.
  • In a microwave-safe dish, mix together orange juice, apples, pecans, brown sugar, molasses, and cinnamon. Microwave for 1 minute. Spread the mixture evenly on top of the Camembert.
  • Bake on the center rack of the preheated oven for 15 to 20 minutes until gooey and soft in the middle, making sure not to overcook to maintain a buttery texture. Serve warm.
