Try our tasty baked parmesan kale chips for a healthy dose of iron, calcium, and vitamins A, C, and K.
Ingredients:
  • 1 bunch kale, cleaned, torn into small pieces
  • 2 tablespoons grated Parmesan cheese
  • 1 teaspoon olive oil
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon crushed red pepper flakes, if desired
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and line a cookie sheet with parchment paper, then spray it with cooking spray.
  • In a spacious bowl, ensure the kale is thoroughly coated with the ingredients. Spread it out in a single layer on a cookie sheet.
  • Bake for 10 minutes, making sure to stir halfway through, until the chips are nice and crispy. Store them in an airtight container for freshness.
