Crispy baked fish dinner with a zesty ranch dressing twist.
Ingredients:
  • cooking spray
  • 0.5 cup milk
  • 0.5 cup prepared ranch dressing
  • 0.5 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 cup dry bread crumbs
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
  • 0.5 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 0.5 teaspoon celery salt
  • 0.5 teaspoon onion powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground paprika
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried parsley
  • 8 (6 ounce) tilapia fillets
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 425 degrees F (220 degrees C).
  • Prepare a baking sheet measuring 11x17 inches by covering it with aluminum foil and giving it a light coat of cooking spray.
  • Combine creamy milk and zesty ranch dressing in a shallow bowl. Then, prepare a separate shallow bowl with flour; set aside.
  • Combine bread crumbs, Parmesan cheese, a blend of savory seasonings, and a mix of aromatic herbs in a bowl, whisking until well blended.
  • Lightly coat the bread crumb mixture with cooking spray and whisk until damp, repeating this process 3 more times to ensure a light and even moistening.
  • Place the crumb mixture in a spacious resealable plastic bag.
  • Press tilapia fillets into the flour, ensuring a light coating, then shake off any excess.
  • Coat the fillets in the flavorful ranch dressing mixture.
  • Add the fillets to the resealable plastic bag, seal it, and shake well to coat the fish evenly with the bread crumb mixture.
  • Lay the tilapia on the baking sheet and gently coat the breaded fish with cooking spray.
  • Bake the fish in the preheated oven for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it flakes easily with a fork.
