Cozy up with spiced baked pears topped with zesty fruit mince.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe medium Beurre Bosc pears, peeled, halved lengthways, cored
  • 100g 1/3 cup) fruit mince (Robertson's brand)
  • 2 oranges, juiced
  • 28.60 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 220°C.
  • Trim the rounded side of the pear halves to lay flat. Arrange them in a shallow ovenproof dish. Spoon fruit mince evenly onto each pear half. Mix orange juice and honey in a jug, drizzle some over the pears and the rest into the dish. Cover with foil and bake in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until the pears are tender. Serve the pears on plates and top with the orange honey syrup.
