Delicious Baked Penne Pasta Skillet ready in 55 minutes with penne, mozzarella, and marinara & alfredo sauces.
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (1 lb) penne pasta
  • 1 jar (24 oz) marinara sauce
  • 1 jar (14.5 oz) Alfredo sauce
  • 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese (8 oz)
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 350°F and lightly coat the bottom of a 12-inch cast-iron skillet with cooking spray.
  • Cook the pasta in a stockpot or Dutch oven until it reaches the desired al dente texture according to the package instructions.
  • Combine both delicious sauces and 1 cup of cheese in a large bowl. Gently mix in the cooked pasta until well combined, then transfer the mixture into a skillet.
  • Bake for 25 minutes until golden brown. Sprinkle the remaining cup of cheese over the top and bake for an additional 5 to 7 minutes until the cheese is bubbly. Serve hot and enjoy!
