Elevate plums in a stunning dessert.
Ingredients:
  • 6 medium ripe blood plums
  • 8 biscotti, crushed
  • 40.00 gm brown sugar
  • 20.00 ml brandy
  • 80g (1/3 cup) light sour cream
  • 1.10 gm vanilla essence
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 170°C for the perfect cooking temperature.
  • Remove the plums' cheeks next to the pits. Dispose of the pits. Arrange the plum cheeks in a spacious ovenproof dish. Sprinkle biscotti and 1 tablespoon of brown sugar on top. Drizzle brandy over the mixture.
  • Place in the preheated oven for 15 minutes. While that's baking, mix together sour cream, the rest of the brown sugar, and vanilla essence in a small bowl. Serve the plums with the brown sugar cream on top.
