Baked pork meatballs

Whip up a tasty baked pork meatball dinner with ease tonight.
Ingredients:
  • 500g 3 Star Pork Mince
  • 50g stuffing mix
  • 700g jar tomato passata
  • 120g cheddar cheese
  • 1 Olive Sourdough Batard*, sliced
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 200°C. Mix mince with stuffing in a large bowl, season to taste. Roll tablespoon-sized portions of the mixture into balls and set them on a plate.
  • 1. Preheat a greased large ovenproof frying pan over high heat. Cook the meatballs for 10 minutes, turning occasionally, until browned and cooked through. Add passata and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and sprinkle with cheddar.
  • Bake until the cheese is melted and the sauce slightly thickens, approximately 10 minutes.
  • Chargrill or toast the bread slices until they are beautifully golden brown, then serve them alongside the delicious meatballs.
