Grill crispy-skinned and fluffy baked potatoes for a delicious summer outdoor meal.
Ingredients:
  • 2 russet potatoes
  • 0.25 teaspoon olive oil
  • salt to taste
  • 2 sheets aluminum foil
Instructions:
  • Preheat a grill outdoors until it reaches medium heat.
  • Prepare the potatoes by washing and drying them. Poke the potatoes all over with a fork, then rub them with olive oil and sprinkle with salt. Wrap each potato tightly in aluminum foil, ensuring the ends are folded in. Grill the potatoes with the lid closed until they are fork-tender, rotating every 15 minutes or so for about 1 hour.
