Bake tender salmon steaks with savory seasonings, fresh herbs, and Parmesan for a flavorful dish.
Ingredients:
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 2 salmon steaks
  • 1 tablespoon garlic salt, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon onion salt, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon paprika, or to taste
  • 1.5 teaspoons ground black pepper, or to taste
  • 1.5 teaspoons salt, or to taste
  • 1 tablespoon chopped chives
  • 2 teaspoons chopped fresh thyme
  • 4 leaves fresh spinach
  • 0.25 cup Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C), then give that 8x8-inch baking dish a light coating of fragrant olive oil.
  • Drizzle 1/4 cup of luxurious olive oil into a shallow bowl and lovingly coat the salmon steaks in it. Mix garlic salt, onion salt, paprika, black pepper, and salt in a separate bowl, then generously sprinkle the flavorful seasoning over the salmon.
  • Lay the salmon steaks in the baking dish, then generously sprinkle with chives, thyme, and spinach leaves. Top with a generous amount of Parmesan cheese and seasonings.
  • Cook the salmon in the preheated oven until the flesh flakes easily and is cooked through, approximately 45 minutes.
