Indulge in these lip-smacking pork ribs for a messy and satisfying meal.
Ingredients:
  • 5cm piece fresh ginger, grated
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 212.85 gm plum sauce
  • 40.00 ml apple cider vinegar
  • 42.00 gm soy sauce
  • 1 kg pork ribs
  • 250.00 gm water
  • steamed white rice, to serve
Instructions:
  • In a large bowl, mix together ginger, garlic, plum sauce, vinegar, and soy sauce. Add pork ribs and ensure they are thoroughly coated. Refrigerate covered for 30 minutes.
  • Preheat your oven to 180°C.
  • 1. Arrange the ribs on a roasting rack in a greased baking dish and add water. Bake for 1 hour, basting occasionally. Serve with steamed rice.
