Effortless tilapia and veggie foil packets for a quick, delicious meal with easy cleanup.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia fillets
  • 2 carrots, julienned
  • 1 stalk celery, julienned
  • 2 shallots, thinly sliced
  • 2 tablespoons dry vermouth
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 450 degrees F (230 degrees C).
  • Prepare individual aluminum foil packets for each fillet, then place the fish inside. Top each fillet with carrots and celery, then evenly distribute vermouth and butter among the packets. Seal the foil packets tightly and arrange them on a baking sheet.
  • Cook the fish fillets in the preheated oven until they easily flake with a fork, which should take 15 to 20 minutes.
