Baked tilapia with raspberry vinaigrette, honey, dill, and mustard glaze.
Ingredients:
  • 4 (4 ounce) fillets tilapia (bream)
  • 0.25 cup olive oil
  • 0.25 cup raspberry vinegar
  • 0.25 cup honey
  • 1 teaspoon yellow mustard
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried dill weed
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C) and generously grease an 11x7 inch baking dish.
  • Combine the olive oil, raspberry vinegar, honey, mustard, and dill weed in a mixing bowl and whisk until well blended.
  • Lay the tilapia filets flat in the baking dish. Drizzle the mixture over the filets, ensuring they are evenly coated.
  • Place in a hot oven without cover for 20 minutes or until fish flakes easily with a fork.
