Inflate a balloon, holding it for 1 minute, without tying the end. Release the air after 1 minute.
Insert a funnel into the balloon. Gently pour flour into the funnel, tapping and shaking to transfer it into the balloon. Fill the balloon with as much flour as possible.
Discard the funnel and securely tie a knot at the end of the balloon.
Clean and thoroughly dry the balloon blob.
Use markers to create a fun design on the blob, then manipulate it by pushing, pulling, and stretching it into various shapes.
