Tangy vinegar and creamy sauce pair perfectly with sautéed chicken and asparagus for a delicious dish.
Ingredients:
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 tablespoons butter
  • 0.25 onion, minced
  • 2 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 2 teaspoons chicken bouillon granules
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 0.5 cup grated Parmesan cheese
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-low heat, combine olive oil and butter. Sauté the onion until deeply caramelized, about 15 minutes. Add balsamic vinegar and cook for 1 minute. Mix in chicken bouillon and cream, and bring to a simmer. Remove from heat and stir in Parmesan cheese until melted.
