Sweet and tangy balsamic glazed carrots sauteed in olive oil.
Ingredients:
  • 3 cups baby carrots
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1.5 tablespoons balsamic vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon brown sugar
Instructions:
  • In a skillet over medium-high heat, warm up the oil. Saute the carrots for approximately 10 minutes until they are tender. Add the balsamic vinegar and brown sugar, mix well to coat the carrots, and then serve.
