Ingredients:
  • 0.75 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 0.5 cup olive oil
  • 1 tablespoon minced garlic
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried tarragon
  • 0.5 teaspoon dried thyme
  • 1.5 pounds boneless, skinless chicken thighs
Instructions:
  • In a small bowl, combine vinegar, olive oil, garlic, tarragon, and thyme, whisking until well blended. Place chicken thighs in a gallon-sized resealable plastic bag, pour the marinade over the chicken, and coat evenly. Seal the bag and marinate at room temperature for 1 hour.
  • Heat up an outdoor grill until it reaches a medium-high temperature and lightly oil the grate. Take the chicken out of the marinade and dispose of the marinade.
  • Grill chicken for 15 minutes, flipping every 5 minutes. Let the juicy chicken rest on a plate for 10 minutes. Enjoy the succulent dish when ready.
