Banana, honey and cinnamon icy pops

Make refreshing banana honey cinnamon popsicles for summer.
Ingredients:
  • 4 ripe bananas, chopped
  • 20.00 ml cinnamon sugar
  • 180g yoghurt
  • 125ml milk
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • Mint sprigs, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine all ingredients, excluding the mint sprigs, in a food processor and blend until smooth.
  • Spoon the mixture into six 1/2 cup (125ml) ice-block moulds, ensuring an even distribution. Freeze for at least 4 hours, or until completely firm.
  • Dip the molds in hot water for 10 seconds to loosen, then serve sprinkled with fresh mint for a refreshing finish.
