Quick and nutritious breakfast smoothie ready in 5 minutes for busy mornings.
Ingredients:
  • 50.00 gm rolled oats
  • 2 ripe bananas
  • 125.00 ml frozen blueberries
  • 2 tsp Wellness Road LSA Meal (see note)
  • 257.50 gm reduced-fat milk
  • 250.00 ml reduced-fat plain Greek-style yoghurt
  • 14.40 gm honey
Instructions:
  • Simply blend oats, banana, blueberries, LSA, milk, yoghurt, and honey until smooth. Then pour the mixture into chilled glasses and serve.
