Banana, peach and mango smoothie

Make a quick and healthy tropical fruit smoothie for breakfast in under 10 minutes!
Ingredients:
  • 750mls (3 cups) chilled soy milk
  • 2 200g tubs peach & mango soy yoghurt (So Natural brand)
  • 2 very ripe bananas
  • 57.20 gm honey
  • Ground nutmeg, to serve
Instructions:
  • Combine half of the soy drink, a tub of yogurt, a banana, and a tablespoon of honey in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Divide the mixture evenly between 2 glasses and delicately sprinkle a touch of nutmeg on top. Repeat this process with the remaining mixture. Serve promptly.
