Indulge in a guilt-free banana peach cobbler with a hint of sweetness from sugar substitute, customizable to your liking.
Ingredients:
  • 8 white peaches, pitted and sliced
  • 2 bananas, sliced
  • 2 tablespoons all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon sugar substitute
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.5 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 0.5 cup skim milk
  • 1 tablespoon corn oil
  • 0.5 teaspoon vanilla extract
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and grease an 8-inch square baking dish.
  • Combine peaches, bananas, flour, and sugar substitute in a bowl, ensuring the fruit is evenly coated; then spread the mixture into the prepared baking dish.
  • Combine 1 cup flour, baking powder, salt, and cinnamon in the bowl with the mixed fruit. Add skim milk, egg, corn oil, remaining 2 teaspoons sugar substitute, and vanilla. Mix until smooth. Pour the batter evenly over the fruit.
  • Bake in the preheated oven for approximately 30 minutes, until the cobbler is golden brown and a toothpick inserted into the middle comes out clean. Let cool in the pan on a wire rack for at least 20 minutes before serving.
