Wholesome banana-avocado yogurt smoothie: kid-approved, no sugar added. Just blend and enjoy!
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt (such as Chobani®)
  • 1 avocado - peeled, pitted and diced
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 2 tablespoons water, or as needed
Instructions:
  • In a blender, combine yogurt, avocado, and banana until velvety smooth. Add water for a thinner consistency, if desired.
