Quick and easy banana bread recipe made in a bread machine for a hassle-free baking experience.
Ingredients:
  • 2 bananas, peeled and halved lengthwise
  • 3 tablespoons vegetable oil
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 0.5 teaspoon baking soda
Instructions:
  • Add bananas, flour, sugar, eggs, oil, baking powder, and baking soda to the bread machine pan.
  • Choose the Dough setting and start the machine. Combine dough until well mixed and bananas are mashed, for 3 to 5 minutes. If needed, use a rubber spatula to scrape down the sides of the bread pan. Stop the machine and even out the top of the loaf with a rubber spatula.
  • Start the bread machine on the Bake setting and let it run for about 50 minutes until a toothpick inserted into the center comes out clean. If needed, bake for an additional 10 to 15 minutes to ensure it's fully cooked.
  • Take the pan out of the machine and let the bread sit in the pan for 10 minutes before moving it to a wire rack to cool.
