Enhance banana bread with chai spices and rich non-fat cream cheese for a guilt-free, flavorful twist.
Ingredients:
  • 1.75 cups all-purpose flour
  • 0.75 cup white sugar
  • 0.5 cup lowfat cream cheese
  • 0.75 cup mashed bananas
  • 0.25 cup brewed chai tea
Instructions:
  • Combine the flour, baking powder, and salt in a medium bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, whisk together sugar, cream cheese, and eggs until they are light and fluffy. Stir in mashed bananas and Chai. Gradually add the flour mixture and gently combine until smooth.
  • Transfer the mixture into a well-greased 9x5 inch loaf pan.
  • Bake at 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) for 60 minutes. Let it cool on a rack, then remove from the pan after 10 minutes.
