Banana cornbread with vegan option using almond or rice milk.
Ingredients:
  • 2 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 cups cornmeal
  • 2 cups milk
  • 2 bananas
  • 1.3333333730698 cups white sugar
  • 0.66666668653488 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 teaspoons salt
Instructions:
  • Preheat your oven to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x13-inch baking dish.
  • In a bowl, mix together flour, cornmeal, milk, bananas, sugar, vegetable oil, baking powder, and salt until batter is smooth. Transfer the batter into the prepared baking dish.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick comes out clean, around 30 minutes.
