Indulge in irresistible banana chocolate chip muffin tops with walnuts using Betty Crocker™ mix. Quick and easy for breakfast or dessert, these sweet treats are a must-try with minimal prep time.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box (14.4 oz) Betty Crocker™ Banana Chocolate Chip Muffin Tops Mix
  • Water, vegetable oil and egg called for on muffin tops box
  • 3/4 cup finely chopped walnuts
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 400°F (375°F for dark or nonstick pans) and prepare a large cookie sheet lined with cooking parchment paper.
  • Combine the muffin tops mix, water, oil, and egg in a medium bowl, stirring just until blended (the batter will be thick). Fold in 1/2 cup of walnuts.
  • Spoon rounded tablespoonfuls of batter onto a lined cookie sheet, spacing them 2 inches apart. Bake for 10 to 13 minutes until edges turn golden brown. Transfer the cookies to a cooling rack right away. Let them cool completely before drizzling.
  • Gently massage the glaze pouch from the box for 15 seconds (avoid microwaving). Trim one corner of the pouch. Generously drizzle the glaze over the muffin tops. Finish by sprinkling the remaining 1/4 cup of walnuts. Keep the muffins in an airtight container at room temperature.
