Quick and easy mouthwatering pancakes.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup all-purpose flour
  • 0.67 cup whole wheat flour
  • 2.5 teaspoons baking powder
  • 2 tablespoons white sugar
  • 1.5 cups buttermilk
  • 2 small ripe bananas, finely chopped
Instructions:
  • Combine the all-purpose flour, whole wheat flour, salt, baking powder, and sugar in a large bowl. Gently fold in the buttermilk and bananas until just combined.
  • Preheat a lightly oiled griddle or frying pan over medium-high heat. Spoon 1/4 cup of batter onto the griddle for each pancake. Cook until golden brown on both sides and serve piping hot.
