Moist pumpkin banana bread with raisins, walnuts, and warm spices, for a flavorful and indulgent treat.
Ingredients:
  • 2 ripe bananas, mashed
  • 1.3333333730698 cups canned pumpkin puree
  • 0.5 cup white sugar
  • 0.33333334326744 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 large eggs
  • 2.5 cups all-purpose flour
  • 2 teaspoons pumpkin pie spice
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 0.5 teaspoon salt
  • 0.75 cup raisins
  • 0.5 cup walnut pieces
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to a toasty 350 degrees F (175 degrees C) and generously grease a 9x5-inch loaf pan.
  • In a large bowl, mix bananas, pumpkin, honey, sugar, vegetable oil, and eggs. In a separate bowl, combine flour, pie spice, baking powder, baking soda, cinnamon, and salt. Gently stir the flour mixture into the banana mixture until just combined. Fold in raisins and walnuts, then pour the batter into the prepared pan.
  • Bake in the oven until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean, approximately 45 minutes. Let the loaf cool in the pan for 10 minutes before transferring to a wire rack to cool completely.
