Delicious banana split cookies made with banana, vanilla pudding mix, and strawberry cake batter, topped with melted chocolate drizzle.
Ingredients:
  • 1 box Betty Crocker™ Delights Super Moist™ Strawberry Cake Mix
  • 1 box (4-serving size) instant vanilla pudding and pie filling mix
  • 1/2 cup vegetable oil
  • 2 eggs
  • 1 banana, chopped
  • 1/2 cup semisweet chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat the oven to 350°F. Combine the cake mix, pudding mix, oil, and eggs in a medium bowl until evenly mixed. Gently add in the banana.
  • Place rounded tablespoonfuls of dough onto ungreased cookie sheets, making sure to leave about 2 inches of space between each one.
  • Bake for 8 to 10 minutes until light brown with soft centers. Let cool slightly, then transfer from cookie sheets to a cooling rack. Allow to cool for 20 minutes.
  • In a small microwave-safe bowl, heat chocolate chips in 30-second intervals on High, stirring in between, until melted and smooth. Drizzle the melted chocolate over the cooled cookies using a spoon or fork. Allow the chocolate to set before serving.
