Decadent graham cracker crusts filled with creamy margarine, egg, and sugar mixture, topped with luscious bananas, pineapple, whipped cream, cherries, and crunchy pecans.
Ingredients:
  • 1 cup margarine, softened
  • 2 cups confectioners' sugar
  • 2 (9 inch) prepared graham cracker crusts
  • 5 bananas, sliced
  • 1 (15 ounce) can crushed pineapple, drained with juice reserved
  • 1 (16 ounce) container frozen whipped topping, thawed
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar maraschino cherries
  • 0.5 cup pecans
Instructions:
  • Cream together margarine, eggs, and confectioners' sugar in a medium bowl, beating for 15 minutes. Spread mixture evenly into the graham cracker crusts.
  • Lay banana slices over sugar mixture in each crust and top with pineapple. Drizzle some reserved juice over the fruit. Spoon whipped topping over the fruit and decorate with cherries and pecans. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
