Moist and delicious muffins made with fat-free yogurt.
Ingredients:
  • 3/4 cup mashed ripe bananas (about 2 small)
  • 1/4 cup canola or vegetable oil
  • 3/4 cup Yoplait® All Natural Fat Free plain yogurt (from 2-lb container)
  • 1 3/4 cups Gold Medal™ all-purpose flour
  • 1/4 cup sugar
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon baking soda
  • 2/3 cup chocolate chips
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Line or grease 12 regular-size muffin cups.
  • Combine ripe bananas, oil, creamy yogurt, and an egg in a spacious bowl. Gently fold in the rest of the ingredients until the flour is just incorporated. Distribute the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  • Bake until beautifully golden for 17-20 minutes. Let it cool for 5 minutes, then gently take it out of the pan.
