Whip up quick and tasty gingerbread banana oat muffins in 25 minutes for a delightful breakfast treat!
Ingredients:
  • 1 package (14 1/2 ounces) gingerbread cake and cookie mix
  • 2 ripe medium bananas, mashed (1 cup)
  • 3/4 cup quick-cooking oats
  • 3/4 cup water
Instructions:
  • Preheat oven to 375°F. Grease just the bottoms of 16 medium muffin cups (2 1/2x1 1/4 inches) or line them with paper baking cups.
  • Blend all ingredients thoroughly, then distribute the batter evenly into the muffin cups.
  • Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Remove from pan promptly.
