Ingredients:
  • 400g can chopped tomatoes
  • 62.50 ml white wine vinegar
  • 32.00 gm brown sugar
  • 55.60 gm molasses
  • 23.40 gm American mustard
  • 22.20 gm tomato paste
  • 24.40 gm Worcestershire sauce
Instructions:
  • In a saucepan over medium-high heat, combine tomato, vinegar, sugar, molasses, mustard, tomato paste, and Worcestershire sauce. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low and simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Allow it to cool to room temperature.
