Ingredients:
  • 93.23 gm barbecue sauce
  • 65.63 gm soy sauce
  • 3 garlic cloves, crushed
  • 18.20 gm peanut oil
  • 1kg chicken thigh fillets, trimmed, cubed
  • 24.00 gm sesame seeds
Instructions:
  • In a shallow glass or ceramic dish, mix barbecue sauce, soy sauce, garlic, and oil. Add chicken and toss until coated. Cover with plastic wrap and refrigerate for 4 to 5 hours to enhance flavors.
  • Skewer the chicken and sprinkle with sesame seeds. Heat a barbecue plate or non-stick frying pan on medium-high. Cook the skewers for 5 minutes on each side until fully cooked. Serve and enjoy!
