Ingredients:
  • 8 flat mushrooms
  • 2 bunches asparagus, trimmed
  • Olive oil cooking spray
  • 36.40 gm extra-virgin olive oil
  • 21.00 gm lemon juice
Instructions:
  • Heat up the barbecue or chargrill to a medium-high heat. Lightly coat mushrooms and asparagus with oil and grill for 2 minutes on each side until they are perfectly tender.
  • Arrange the vegetables elegantly on a platter. Generously drizzle with oil and freshly squeezed lemon juice. Season with a pinch of salt and a sprinkle of freshly ground black pepper. Present and enjoy.
