Ingredients:
  • 8 beef minute steaks
  • 350g Swiss brown mushrooms, cleaned, trimmed, halved
  • 1 bunch asparagus, trimmed
  • 40.00 ml chopped flat-leaf parsley
  • 1 clove garlic, crushed
  • 20.00 ml toasted pine nuts
  • 40.00 ml balsamic vinegar
Instructions:
  • Combine olive oil, garlic, vinegar, salt, and pepper in a small bowl, creating a flavorful dressing. Drizzle this delicious mixture over mushrooms and asparagus arranged on a large plate.
  • Let the steak rest for 10 minutes. Preheat a stovetop grill or barbecue on high. Brush the steak with extra olive oil and season with salt and pepper. Grill for 1 minute per side or to your desired doneness. Rest the steak covered with foil to keep warm.
  • Grill mushrooms and asparagus until tender, about 3-4 minutes, turning occasionally. Serve by placing vegetables on plates, topping with steak, and sprinkling with parsley and pine nuts.
