Elevate sirloin steak with zesty honey-mustard sauce, paired perfectly with bell peppers and mushrooms.
Ingredients:
  • 1 pound beef boneless top sirloin steak
  • 1 medium bell pepper, cut into 16 one-inch wedges
  • 16 medium mushrooms
  • 1 tablespoon chopped fresh or 1 teaspoon dried dill weed
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • 1 tablespoon olive or vegetable oil
  • 1 tablespoon honey mustard
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt
Instructions:
  • Prepare your grill for direct heat by heating the coals or turning on the gas.
  • Cube the beef into 24 one-inch pieces. Skewer the beef, bell pepper, and mushrooms onto eight 10- to 12-inch metal skewers, ensuring there is space between each piece. Combine the rest of the ingredients.
  • Grill the kabobs over medium heat, covered, for 15 to 18 minutes, turning and brushing with the oil mixture 3 or 4 times, until the beef is cooked to your liking and the vegetables are tender.
